This is how I often am able to remove a bolt or nut that a socket or wrench wont move because the bolt head has rounded off!
First - I use a long flat head punch that I will place on the bolt head - I will then hit the punch several times as hard as I can.
I have found this will often loosen a bolt that is tight. Next - I will get a chisel - And at an angle in an effort to rotate the head
of the bolt in the Counter Clockwise Direction start a cut in the bolt - On most - the chisel will start to loosen the bolt, if it does not
then I will take the flat punch and try to fit it into the chisel cut and smack it until it comes loose - The trick to this is to pick
a spot on the head of the bolt that will allow you to hit the chisel or punch with the maximum amount of force you can.
Once you break the bolts tork - You can often remove it by hand, but if not then you may have to repeat the process
on the head of the bolt in the next spot after moving the chisel cut out of view. Hope this is of some help.
